Yes. Store owners can upgrade their plan whenever they need more products, staff accounts or advanced tools.
Do I need to pay before verification?+
Free-plan owners continue directly to business verification. Paid-plan owners complete payment before continuing to verification and store setup.
Does the transaction fee include Paystack charges?+
No. Qwikly transaction fees are separate from payment-provider fees and applicable statutory charges.
What happens after I choose a plan?+
Paid plans continue to secure checkout. After payment, you complete store-owner verification, submit business information and begin setting up your storefront.
Can I use my own domain?+
Custom domains are included from the Plus plan upward. Free and Starter stores use a Qwikly store address.
